About the Company
Living Clean is a 7-year-old ecommerce brand specializing in pimple patches and skincare products, with strong presence in the U.S. and Canada and expanding into Europe, Mexico, and Brazil. We operate as a fully remote team across Pakistan, Philippines, India, and Latin America.
We are looking for a highly analytical Brand Manager with deep experience in Amazon listing optimization, structured A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager will own the end-to-end optimization of Amazon product listings across all marketplaces. This role focuses heavily on A/B testing, creative experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize conversion rates (CVR) and organic ranking.
You will collaborate closely with the PPC team, design team, and leadership to drive measurable improvements in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Develop and maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap.
- Run continuous tests on titles, images, bullets, A+ content, storefronts, and pricing.
- Analyze test outcomes and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Document results and build repeatable testing frameworks.
Listing Optimization
- Optimize titles, bullets, back-end keywords, and description for SEO + conversion.
- Ensure listings align with brand voice and marketplace policies.
- Partner with designers on image stacks, infographic ideas, and differentiators.
- Improve A+ content, Brand Story, and comparison charts.
Conversion Rate Improvement (CRO)
- Identify friction points using data (brand analytics, CVR trends, session data, search query performance).
- Improve click-through rate (CTR), glance views, and organic rank.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement insights.
Launch & Growth Strategy
- Support PPC team with optimized creatives for launch.
- Build listing launch checklists and ranking strategies.
- Ensure global marketplace listings follow cultural and linguistic best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with PPC team on coordinated experiments and messaging.
- Guide designers with test ideas and creative instructions.
- Communicate progress and insights to leadership weekly.
Operational Ownership
- Maintain listing health and compliance.
- Track KPIs like CVR, CTR, TACOS, ranking, and review velocity.
- Build SOPs for testing, optimization, and creative briefing.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–5+ years Amazon brand management or listing optimization experience.
- Proven track record running A/B tests with measurable improvements.
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, consumer psychology, and CTR/CVR drivers.
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with designers and PPC teams.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or supplements.
- Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces (EU, CA, MX, BR).
- Prior work with remote, multinational teams.
- Basic knowledge of PPC structure and performance metrics.
